Beta-1,3/1,6-glucan is a polysaccharide isolated from the cell wall of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The immunity stimulation by Beta-1,3/1,6-glucan consists of increasing the activity of macrophages, which ‘devour’ foreign cells (germs).
Beta- 1,3/1,6-glucan is a substance which strengthens the immune system.
